The application cannot be stored temporarily!
Before starting to enter your data, please prepare well all required documents for upload (PDF-, JPG-, PNG- or TIF-file). Each file must not exceed 5 MB.
Required documents – Applicant
Copy of passport or identity card
If applicable: copy of residence permit or visa
Copy of automobile club membership card
Required documents – Vehicle
Copy of the current vehicle registration certificate
For motorhomes and camping vehicles: additionally, a copy of a current proof of value (e.g. valuation report or official dealer’s invoice)
Engine number (must be read directly from the engine block!)
Additional documents (if applicable)
If the applicant is not the vehicle owner: a Collateral Promise signed by the vehicle owner (form Collateral Promise)
If the application is submitted by a company or the vehicle is registered to a company: a current extract from the commercial register (not older than four weeks) and a copy of the passport or identity card of the authorised signatory
