Digital or so-called e-vignettes are activated via license plate registration and can currently be purchased for:

Austria (valid immediately and free of service charges)
Slovenia (valid immediately with a service fee)
Switzerland (valid immediately with a service fee)

via the ADAC Toll Portal.

Of cource, ADAC branch offices are also available for purchasing digital vignette for the above-mentioned countries as well as others.
